Vision

The CarCanMadCarLan BayWatch Foundation, Inc. envisions to become
a strong advocate and catalyst for participatory governance and sustainable natural resources development and management within its area of operations.

MISSION

The BayWatch commits:

1. Facilitate the empowerment and convergence of local POs, CSOs, NGOs, PSOs, and the academe as a strong and active partner in local governance;
 
2. Actively participate in alliance building and support its priority thrusts particularly in the area of sustainable natural resources development and management.
