CarCanMadCarLan BayWatch Foundation, Inc., is a Non-government organization that serves as a coordinating agency in the conservation, development and protection of the local environment around CarCanMadCarLan and a strong advocate for participatory governance in the Philippines.

	The Realities and Challenges
	The attempt to address the cause of the marginalized coastal communities by the municipalities abutting the peripheral boundaries of Lanuza Bay from the havocs of illegal fishing activities can already be accounted with tremendous diversity of approaches, technologies and funds sourced out from the various international donor agencies, national and local government units and from the partner non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
	Nature Knows Best
	Nature has its processes, rhythm and cycle. Any disruption that may happen affects the environment. It is important for humans to understand what nature brings. They have to abide by its laws, know it cycle and take care of these resources to have a steady supply.
